Peixoto Coffee Roasters
11 W Boston St Suite #6, Chandler, AZ 85225
“Phoenix Meet the Maker: Coffee Talk at Peixoto” by Yelp.com is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 2.0.
Peixoto is a top-rated coffee roaster in downtown Chandler. Their history dates back over 100 years of coffee production at their family farms in Brazil.
Today, the Peixto family farm exists in the highlands of Minas Gerais, Brazil. From here, they process, ship, and roast their coffee beans to create high quality, flavorful cups of coffee in many shop locations including Chandler, Arizona.
Peixto adds flair to every coffee cup it serves – whether it’s in the form of a beautifully decorated cappuccino or a Kettle Corn Latte. This is a must-visit coffee shop in Chandler and one of the top recommended by locals. They serve pastries from local bakeries too!
Momentto Coffee Roasters
4114 W Saturn Way, Chandler, AZ 85226
Momentto Coffee is a family-owned, laptop-free coffee roastery and cafe outside Chandler Fashion Center. This is where to go for a high-quality coffee shared with a friend or a book. Coffee is the whole point here – or, “enjoying the “moment” as they would say.
Momentto focuses their business on their private label, where local shops can brew and sell their coffees. You can visit their storefront off S. 79th St., order an expertly brewed, specialty coffee like the Caramel Cookie Butter Latte and a European cream puff pastry, and relax in this cafe focused on connection and calm.
Beans are sourced from Montenegro, where the owner and her grandfather learned to roast coffee from its origin. Known for its nine filtration systems that reduce the bitterness and impurities, resulting in an incredibly smooth yet rich cup. You can even schedule a tour to see their coffee roasting process.
10:19 Coffee
777 N Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225
Once operating out of a mobile coffee trailer, 10:19 Coffee gained so much popularity that it recently opened its first brick and mortar shop in May 2026.
Located in Chandler on North Arizona Ave, 10:19 is serving unique coffee drinks in an environment that feels fun and connected. Enjoy an “Espresso Split” among their signature drinks or a classic coffee in their clock-studded shop from 7AM-3PM every day!
10:19 offers one of the widest ranges of customizable flavors for coffees, including syrups like passionfruit, condensed milk, and huckleberry, add-ons like chocolate drizzle and brown sugar sprinkles, and milks like coconut and even banana.
Sagebrush
393 W Warner Rd Suite 121, Chandler, AZ 85225
Sagebrush started purely from a love of coffee. After learning how to roast coffee beans, the owner Matt Kellso brought his coffee online then to Uptown Chandler in a shop that places passion at the forefront.
Using a small-batch roasting method, Sagebrush is able to control the consistency and flavor better than commercial mass-produced coffees. In line with the same quality and educational philosophy, they sell coffee bags based on coffee processing methods and flavor profiles.
The Sagebrush storefront in Uptown Chandler feels industrial – as if you were in the center of the coffee production. Surrounded by cloth bags of coffee beans, leather couches, and a lab where educational sessions take place, customers can order a specialty latte, pour over, and decadent pastries.
Sagebrush is a great spot to work remotely!
Press Coffee
1085 W Queen Creek Rd #4, Chandler, AZ 85248
“Press Coffee, Tempe” by Trevor.Huxham is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 2.0.
Press Coffee has several locations in Arizona. Though now a familiar Arizona staple, it shouldn’t be confused with low-quality offerings. Many of Press’s coffees are award-winning by industry professionals, due in part from their focus on equipment, sourcing, and roasting every batch on-site.
Known for serving a bold cup of coffee, they let their coffees speak for themselves with a simplistic menu and standard black-and-white shop interiors. Order a pour over, cold brew, or a traditional caramel macchiato.
Press acquired a Western Panama farm in late 2024 to produce proprietary beans. You can tell the perfected nature of their coffees. They even offer Reserve Coffee Blends, which are only sold online because they are made from the most difficult farmlands and most meticulous processes.
At Press, you’ll often find people working from their laptops or reading a book comfortably in their shop.
Mythical Coffee Roasters
1090 S Gilbert Rd #102, Gilbert, AZ 85296
Beautifully decorated, colorful coffees are what makes Mythical Coffee feel magical. Mythical creatures are imprinted on glass jars, Lavender + Blueberry Lattes are served with fresh blueberries, and select drinks are garnished with mint leaves, goji berries, or Lucky Charms marshmallows.
It’s located just ten minutes from downtown Chandler in Gilbert. And while the shop itself is minimalist with white walls and modern pendant lighting, the coffee drinks are something uniquely special.
Each coffee blend is named after a mythical character. You can tell the careful way their coffees are sourced and roasted. They offer a variety of blends and rotate them each week in their shop to use for their espressos.
It has been consistently rated as one of the top coffee shops in the south suburbs of Phoenix. Next time you go, try their cold brew or a seasonal latte like the Blueberry Pie!
Maple House
198 W Boston St, Chandler, AZ 85225
Located in a small retrofitted house and decorated inside with lush green vines and an L-shaped open bar, Maple House is a unique and beautiful morning spot in Chandler.
Being an old house, there are several nooks and crannies to sit inside making it feel like a true neighborhood spot. Their huge outdoor patio has bonfire pits, backyard games, beautiful planted greenery, and a cozy chimenea.
Though people come for the atmosphere, Maple House also serves phenomenal globally sourced espresso drinks and breakfast. Try the lemony avocado toast on crusty bread with a cappuccino, or a pastry from Chaconne Patisserie, a James Beard pastry chef semifinalist.
This is the perfect spot for a coffee date with options from a honey lavender latte, to a frappe, to an espresso martini. This spot also offers a full wine, draft beer, and cocktail menu with evening bites to eat!
